Splitting a downloaded transaction is the same as adding, Cstokes. This has caused the duplicate entries.
You'll have to match it to the existing transactions instead. This links the transaction so there aren't any duplicates.
First, let's undo the added transaction. Here's how:
- Click Banking, then go to the Banking tab.
- Go to the Reviewed tab.
- Select the added deposit, then click Undo.
Then, let's match it to the existing transactions. Here's how:
- Go to the For Review tab.
- Select the deposit, then click Find other records.
- Select the multiple transactions.
- Click Save.
