Join nowI have a new client that linked several personal accounts to QBO that had a some business transactions, thinking he could simply ignore the personal transactions. The client has now disconnected the accounts from QBO however, there is a grand mess. Because the bank feeds have been disconnected, it is not possible to "unmatch" transactions. Is there a way to delete all the bank transactions quickly rather than one by one? In addition, is there a way to do a manual import of only the business transactions as a "credit card" due to the owner to avoid have to manually re-enter all the business transactions?
Thank you!

I'm here to assist you with your banking concern, Linda155.
Regarding your first concern, we're unable to delete the transactions by bulk. You'll have to delete them one by one. You can do that by opening the transaction, clicking Delete, then selecting Yes to confirm the action.
Moving to your last question. You can import transactions manually. There are two ways to do that:
Once they're added to the program, you can categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Yikes - there are hundreds of transactions to be deleted! :-(
However, I am happy to hear we can use WebConnect to selectively upload the relevant business expenses.
Thank you
