Email and review receipts

I have a standard user who is able to email receipts in to our QBO Essentials account.  When she tries to review the receipt and fill in Payee, Bank Account, etc, the Autofill doesn't work in some windows and it won't hang on to the info selected in other windows.   For example, if you find and click the correct Payee, the info won't stay there as you move on to the other fields.  Her account access includes access to Vendors and Invoices.

 

My review as admin works just fine.

 

Any ideas?

Let me guide you on how your review window will work in QuickBooks Online. Browser-related issues could be one possible reason that it isn't working. Let me guide you on how to fix it. 

 

To start, log in to your QuickBooks account using an incognito window since this mode blocks browsing history from being stored. Then you can clear cache and cookies to boost browser-related issues. By doing this, it helps deletes any necessary content stored and enables its browser to function more efficiently.

 

These are the keyboard shortcuts you can use for private window:

  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Internet Explorer or Firefox, hit Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

After doing the steps above and still get the same error, I suggest reaching out to our support team. They have the tools to further investigate to fix your concern.

Thanks for the reply.  I've tested this problem on the same computer/browser.  My account works fine.  My other user's account seems to have bugs in the review process for the receipts.
