This error belongs to script errors that are usually resolved in 24-48 hours. These errors are generated by the bank and indicate an issue in the connection that Intuit uses to download your information.
You can wait for 24-48 hours or you can upload your transactions to start working with them.

To contact our Support team, you'll want to click on Help and repeatedly search for the words need human. Then, you'll be given a guide to asking a question. Just click on See examples if it's displayed. Then, search for need human again until you'll see an option that says I still need a human. When you click on that, you can also click on Contact us to reach out to Support.
