After upgrading from QB2016 to QB2019, I was getting ....
Error 194 (3) See Online Article
Error: Verify Online Account Information: Invalid bank routing number --> Record = 52.
Error: Verify Online Account Information: Invalid bank routing number --> Record = 53.
Error: Verify Online Account Information: Invalid bank routing number --> Record = 67.
Following the above repair steps and Deactivating the Bank Feed I was able to fix the corrupt routing info.
Just got off phone with support and short of paying for additional support to fix the problem, I was told that if I upgrade from the QB Pro 2018 to QB Pro 2020, there is a 200% chance that it will fix the problem.
Wonder if the problem presented itself for that reason...to upgrade.
Not a big deal since I have to upgrade this year anyway for payroll purposes. Just didn't want to do it in the middle of January when trying to tie up all the year end payroll reports for all of my clients.
I did upgrade and ONLY started having the error code with BACK UPs after I upgraded from QB 2017 Pro to QB 2020 Pro... have to rebuild each time I back up my data.

Hello there, RJS of Tampa.
Let's fix the error 194 so you'll be able to back up your company file and continue using the newest version of QuickBooks Desktop Pro (2020).
Rebuilding your company data is a good thing to do since it'll fix issues with your company file. However, I suggest deactivating and reactivating your bank feeds to remove the error.
Before deactivating Bank Feeds, make sure you match or delete all of the downloaded transactions in your account. Once done, follow these steps to deactivate:
Right after the process, please close and re-open QuickBooks to implement the update.
After that, you can now re-connect your Bank Feeds.
In case you still encounter the error after performing the steps above, kindly refer to this article to solve common QuickBooks Desktop online banking setup and connection error: Bank Feeds errors in QuickBooks Desktop. It also contains steps on how to resolve issues when downloading or importing your transactions.
You can also wait for an update from our Customer Service Team to fix the issue.
Please let me know if you have other concerns. I'm just around to help.
Try open a sample file and run the Verify/Rebuild Data tool. If the same error persists, you should reinstall your QuickBooks. Otherwise, call and ask Intuit Data Service to fix your data file. Should you need to resolve it in due course, purchase a 3rd party file recovery service.
I'm late to the party but I had encountered the same issue with my bank feeds and posted the solution on another thread.
