I keep getting an error code 350 when trying to reconnect my bank accounts. I follow the instructions, enter my details, it says connection complete then goes back to the reconnect page with this error code - any ideas on how to fix this please?
This account stopped syncing because there's a new way to connect it.

In addition to Fiat Lux - ASIA, I see that we have an open investigation about error 350. The case code is INV-65279, wherein some customers also get this unexpected behavior in Banking. Rest assured, our QuickBooks Development team is diligently working on it and will fix this as soon as possible.
In the meantime, I recommend contacting our Care Support team to let them know. From there, they will pull up your account and attach your account to the investigation so that you'll receive updates moving forward through your email.

You'll encounter error 350 when the bank connection expires or gets updated by your financial institution. To keep everything up-to-date, you'll need to refresh the connection every 90 days. Others only need updates every 18 months.
To fix it, you'll have to reconnect your bank or credit card account. Here's how:
