Error Code 350

I keep getting an error code 350 when trying to reconnect my bank accounts. I follow the instructions, enter my details, it says connection complete then goes back to the reconnect page with this error code - any ideas on how to fix this please?

This account stopped syncing because there's a new way to connect it.

Error Code 350

Hi EileenH2023,

I'm here to enlighten you about the error you received and help you fix it.

You'll encounter error 350 when the bank connection expires or gets updated by your financial institution. To keep everything up-to-date, you'll need to refresh the connection every 90 days. Others only need updates every 18 months.

To fix it, you'll have to reconnect your bank or credit card account. Here's how:

  1. From the Transactions tab, select Bank Transactions.
  2. Click the bank account.
  3. Select the blue bank square for the account you need to reconnect.
  4. Click Sign in, then enter your user ID and password.
  5. Select the accounts you want QuickBooks to download transactions from. Then select Continue.
  6. Click Update.

Furthermore, you can check this article whenever you need help in categorizing the transactions: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Don't be hesitant whenever you have banking concerns.
