Since the problem persists after using other supported browsers, I recommend you speak to one of our representatives. Reaching out to our Customer Care Team ensures that necessary actions will be performed so you can connect your Acuity account to QuickBooks. Please log in to your company to view the support details:
- Go back to the Help menu.
- Click Talk to a human.
- Type in "talk to a human" in the lowest part of the chat screen and press Enter.
- Click I Still need a human.
- Click Contact Us.
- Select the Callback option.
