Error Code: Intergrating Quickbooks online with Acuity

Good Evening, 

 

I am receiving this message “Invalid CORS request” every time I attempt to connect my quickbooks online account with my acuity account. I reached out to acuity and the support technician advised me the error code is coming from quickbooks online. I was advised to try another browser (I have tried safari, google, and chrome none in which have worked for me. It is 11:00pm my time and customer support is closed. Has anyone ever run into this problem? What steps did you take to get this resolved?

Since the problem persists after using other supported browsers, I recommend you speak to one of our representatives. Reaching out to our Customer Care Team ensures that necessary actions will be performed so you can connect your Acuity account to QuickBooks. Please log in to your company to view the support details:

 

  1. Go back to the Help menu.
  2. Click Talk to a human.
  3. Type in "talk to a human" in the lowest part of the chat screen and press Enter.
  4. Click I Still need a human.
  5. Click Contact Us.
  6. Select the Callback option.

To ensure we address your concern on time, our representatives are available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays, and 6:00 AM until 3:00 PM on Saturday. For more details, please browse through this article: Support hours and types. 

 

In the meantime, you have the option to manually import your transactions into QBO. Just make sure that it's in the correct format before you upload it. You can also refer to this link on how to fix common bank errors: What to do if you see a bank error or bank transactions won’t download.
