I am getting this message when trying to connect my Chase Credit Card. I have not added any other Chase accounts so I can't figure it out. I tried deleting "Chase Credit Card" in my chart of accounts and re-adding it when I go to link the account but no luck.

I have same issue, my Chase Ink business credit card hasn't been updated for over 40 days, all other accounts connected good, just this credit card. Always shown error 377. I need to sync the transactions and make my book correct. Is there's any update regarding this issue?
Thank you for joining this discussion here in the Community, Jennifer Chen.
The Banking Error 377 that you're getting means QuickBooks is unable to download transactions and needs to update the connection with your Financial Institution (FI).
Let's do a manual update to restore the bank connection.
I’ve added this article in case you need more information on how to resolve Error 377 in QuickBooks Online: Resolve Error 377.

Thank you for the reply, it doesn't help, during these 40 days, I have already update several times, reconnect several times, re-edit sign-in info many times, all not working.... And I only have one credit card linked, my checking account and saving account sync good, just not this credit card.
Hello, @Jennifer Chen.
I appreciate you trying over the steps provided by my colleague @Charies_M. Allow me to step in for a moment and help make sure that you can update your Chase bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Since you're still getting the same results after trying the solutions outlined in this article: Fix online banking errors in QuickBooks Online, I'd highly suggest contacting our Phone Support team. They have the tools such as screen-sharing that can pull up and check your account and investigate as to why you can't update your Chase bank transactions in a secure environment.

I recently went though this fix. I made two sub accounts in my QBO and it fixed it. But for a few weeks now I've been getting the message "Sorry, we can’t update your account. Please try updating again later.(9999)". After calling Chase they told me they have updated their system and no longer connect to QBO anymore automatically. We literally have to download the activity from Chase and then import the file we downloaded onto QB. It reminds me of when I had QB Desktop version. Here is the steps I took and it worked. It only takes a few minutes, but it's a real annoyance that I'm told to switch to QB Online because it's easier and then really it is not - it actually causes me more problems and time troubleshooting. What to do:
1. Download Chase transactions- From Chase Online account, go to account activity and click the download account activity button (arrow down), then pick file type QBO, choose activity.
2. From Quickbooks Online go to Gear ⚙️ icon pick Import Data, then Bank Data, Browse Under Downloads, then click next, etc
I am having a similar problem, however I can not even connect to Chase and am getting an error stating invalid user ID or password. I contacted Chase directly and everything is set up correctly on their end. I am using QB for Mac 2019, double checked the log in information, even changed the password, but nothing I do allows me to connect. I have successfully connected several other non-Chase accounts without an issue. Any guidance is appreciated.
Thanks for joining the thread, harriscal17,
Let me get the help you need to ensure that you'd able to connect Chase bank account.
To start, we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue like using an incognito/private browser.
Just follow the keyboard shortcuts below to open a private browser:
Once done, try to connect bank account again, then make sure that your browser does not auto fill your credentials.
To connect bank account, follow these steps:
I'd appreciate if you can update me on how it goes. I'm always here to help. Have a great day!
Thanks for the response but something is still not right. First, I am using the Mac desktop version of QB 2019. I can log into Chase using any browser, incognito or not, outside of QB. Google is my default browser but I can do the same with Safari.
In QB when I try to connect my Chase account I go to Banking - Online Banking Setup - and I select Chase from the search box. I choose the Direct connect from the How do you want to connect to Chase and say Yes, my account has been activated for QuickBooks online. Finally, I fill in my credentials, click sign in and I receive the message Connection Error - The user cannot signon because he or she entered and invalid user ID or password.
I have several other non-Chase accounts that are successfully connected. After speaking with Chase they recommended I update my QB to the newest version, which I did, however I still can not connect.
I appreciate you for providing all the details about your concern also for updating your QuickBooks.
