I'm using QB 2019 for mac and have been able to download my statements directly to my account until this month, when I've been given several Error Messages. First I was given "Unable to get your statement/ General Error" so I turned off the online settings and tried setting up the account again. But when I did that, I was given this message: General Error. Help!

Before we start, can you share with me the name of your bank or financial institution? When did the issue with downloading transactions start happening on your end? Any information you can add, such as some screenshots or additional details will help ensure a timely solution.
By doing so, I'll be able to check here on my end if any issues are going on specific to your bank. For now, I recommend checking the logs saved in the same location as your company data file.
