Find the fiblueprint.xml file and double-click to open it.
Wait until the file opens up. Close it then restart QuickBooks and try working on your bank feeds again.
If you can't, you must grant full access to your profile. Here's how:
Right-click anywhere in the folder and select Properties.
Go to the Security tab, then hit Edit.
From the Group or user names section, select Everyone.
Choose Full control for the Permissions for Everyone option.
Exit the Edit and Properties windows then reboot your computer.
Retry working on your bank feeds and see if it works.
Note: If you can’t set the permissions, you need to work with your hosting provider or an IT professional to update it.
If the same thing happens after fixing the permissions, follow Solutions 2 and 3 below the System.TypeInitializationException section of this article: Fix System Exception errors.
Let me know how things go, @SophiaB2018. I want to ensure you're able to work with your Bank Feeds successfully, and I'll be here if you need additional assistance. Don't stress out and enjoy the rest of the week. Take care.
