Thanks for reporting this behavior. Let's check to see why your estimate is not previewing.
You could be experiencing random browser issues. Please log in to QuickBooks using a private browser. This disables its extensions and stops the cache from saving your browsing history. For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N, for MS Edge and Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P, and for Safari, press Command + Shift + N.
If your estimate shows a preview, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. However, if it's the same thing, please try other browsers to isolate the case. You can also update your Adobe Reader since QBO uses it when printing files.
If nothing works, please contact our QBO Support. They'll be able to use a screen-sharing tool to check this further.
