You can exclude the transactions since we can't interchange them. Then, you can download them from your bank and upload them to QuickBooks.
To exclude the affected transactions:
- Click Banking.
- Select the For Review tab.
- Check the transaction.
- Click the Batch Action drop down, then choose Exclude Selected.
Log in to your bank, then download the transactions within the affected date range. You can choose from these supported formats depending on what's offered by your bank:
- Comma-Separated Values (CSV). CSV files may require additional mapping. See Import bank transactions from Excel CSV file to QuickBooks Online for more information
- Quicken (QFX)
- QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Microsoft Money (OFX)
