For some reason my pay check hasn’t ended up in my account and it was supposed to deposit on the first.

Federal holidays are not counted when sending Direct Deposit payroll, Gabbers.

Since January 1st is a federal holiday, direct deposit paychecks will be posted on the first business day after that holiday. With that being said, you have until 11:59 PM on January 2, 2019 to receive your funds.

If you still didn't receive it, please give us a call. We can check your account to know what caused the delay.
