For the past two days, my transactions are not downloading from the bank. The balance is updated, but the transactions are not showing for review. Advice?

Hi @arista1920,

 

I'm here to provide you some steps to get your online bank to download transactions again.

 

These are:

  1. Try to log in to your QuickBooks Online company using your browser's private window.
    • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  2. Clear your browser's cache.
  3. Use a different browser, if available, then see if it works for you.
