Hi there, accounting273.

Thanks for stopping by the Community. I'm happy to help. While I can;t see exactly what account your specific funds are being withdrawn from as this is a public forum setting and we don't have access to individual accounts, I can show you how to change the account in which funds are being withdrawn from. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online in a web browser. Don't use the mobile app or GoPayments.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙and then select Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Payments tab. In the Deposits section next to Standard Deposits, select Change bank.
  4. Select Add new bank account.
  5. Enter the Routing Number and Account Number of the bank account you want to change to. Tip: You can also log in to your bank directly to save time and data entry.
  6. Select Save.
  7. Review the bank account info and is selected, then select Submit.

QuickBooks will start depositing customer payments from online invoices and other sources into the new account.

Keep in mind, this doesn't change the way QuickBooks categorizes payments on your chart of accounts. This changes the bank account QuickBooks deposits payments into. Here's how to change the way QuickBooks categorizes customer payments on your chart of accounts.
