Has anyone figured out how to turn off the "Welcome to accounting with AI" tutorial within the transactions tab?

I'd love to skip that page when categorizing transactions and it keeps defaulting back to that which is annoying.

Has anyone figured out how to turn off the "Welcome to accounting with AI" tutorial within the transactions tab?

To turn off the "Welcome to Accounting with AI" tutorial in the Transactions tab, go to the Pending section, click the Gear icon, and toggle off the Requests option, @info2212. I understand how this change could disrupt your workflow.

Before diving in, may I know if you're trying to remove this from the Bank transactions tab? If this is the tab that you're looking at, I suggest checking the video snippet below for visual reference:

If you're unable to see this option, I recommend clicking the Gear/Settings icon beside Help on the upper right. Then click the Switch button to switch back to the previous QuickBooks experience. Please note that this will disable the AI features currently available in the beta. I've added a video snippet for your reference:

Thank you!

Yes, I was referring to the transactions pending. This works to turn it off when batch submitting, but does not work when matching a transaction to an invoice. Is there anyway to completely disable it?

While you can switch back to the previous version of the bank transactions page, there isn't a permanent way to turn off AI, info2212.

Here's how to switch back:

  1. Navigate to the Accounting tab.
  2. Choose Bank transactions.
  3. From there, click Switch to previous version.

Here's a visual reference for the previous version of the Bank transactions page:

In this version, you'll not see the pop-up for the AI tutorial.
