To start, could you please confirm if you are encountering any errors while trying to reconnect to your bank? In the meantime, I recommend logging into your online banking website to check for any messages or updates that may require your attention. If there is no scheduled maintenance on your bank's website, I suggest contacting our support team for further assistance.
 

Here’s how you can reach support:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon in the top menu.
  2. Select the Search tab and enter your concern. For instance, enter help.
  3. Click the Contact Us button and choose between Chat or Callback to connect with us.

 
While you wait for assistance, you can also manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online as an alternative.

Turns out the issue is only on the desktop apps--both Mac and Windows. The Reconnect now button works in the browser version.

Has anyone had success with reconnecting to Bank of America? I click the Reconnect now button, but nothing happens.

It doesn't work either manually or import web connect qbo files, double clicked on import files as well, disconnect and reconnect bank feeds, in QBDT. I'm working with QB since 2011 never experienced this issue.  I spent almost 2 hours with QB customer service, we couldn't resolve the issue. Keep getting a msg that "You are trying to upload the web connect file with your account type that  QuickBooks does not support. Please contact your Financial Institution for detail" however I tried again and again it only does that with checking account import, the credit card files are working. Do we have anyone in our QB community who resolved this issue?
