Have 2 credit cards with Capital One - One of the cards will download transactions but not update "bank balance". The other card works great. What's wrong?

After looking into your issue, it looks like there's an open ticket with our Product Development Team with Capital One. I recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Online Support Team, as they'll be able to add you to the list of affected users, which will also allow you to receive updates as we find out more information and resolve the issue.
