Join nowHelp has arrived, rail-dalton. I appreciate you for providing us the steps you've performed to resolve the missing entries.
I'm here to ensure you're able to restore the transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Before proceeding, may I know the bank you're using to check if there are any similar issues? It could be that they have system maintenance that's why we're unable to get the transactions. I'd suggest reaching out to them for verification.
In the meantime, I'd recommend manually import the entries using a CSV file format. This way, we'll be able to restore the transactions in QuickBooks.
Visit the bank's website and download the data from there.
Once you have the file, go to the Gear icon and then select Imports.
For more details about the process, please see our Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed article.
I also encourage reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team if there is no maintenance with your bank. They're equipped with tools to check the cause. It'll also allow them to submit a ticket to our engineering team to alert them about the issue if necessary.
Additionally, I've included these articles that'll help you manage your transactions once they're downloaded in the program.
I'll keep an eye on your response to know what bank you're using. I'm determined to help you download all the entries in QuickBooks. Have a good one.
