Having issues with missing transactions from one of my bank accounts. It's not showing any transactions past march of this year. I've used this account since then. I've reconnected & refreshed several times with no result. What could be the issue?

I'm here to ensure you're able to restore the transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Before proceeding, may I know the bank you're using to check if there are any similar issues? It could be that they have system maintenance that's why we're unable to get the transactions. I'd suggest reaching out to them for verification.

In the meantime, I'd recommend manually import the entries using a CSV file format. This way, we'll be able to restore the transactions in QuickBooks.

1. Visit the bank's website and download the data from there.

2. Once you have the file, go to the Gear icon and then select Imports.

3. Click Import older transactions on the right for the account you want the transactions to belong to.
4. Browse your file and follow the instructions onscreen to finish importing your data.
5. Select Import.

I also encourage reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team if there is no maintenance with your bank. They're equipped with tools to check the cause. It'll also allow them to submit a ticket to our engineering team to alert them about the issue if necessary.
