You can undo a reconciliation by opening the register view and one by one change the cleared checkbox.

Or you can get your own QBOA account by inviting yourself (with a different email) and then you would have the tools to push button undo.

Hi, cony_pia.

John-pero is right. You don't need an accountant in order  to undo a reconciliation. You're able to do this yourself by following these steps.

  1. Go to the Accounting menu. Then select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Find the account and select View register.
  3. Select the transaction you want to unreconcile.
  4. Review the check column. If the transaction is reconciled, you’ll see an “R".
  5. Select the box and keep clicking it until the box is blank. This removes the transaction from the reconciliation.
  6. Select Save. Then close your register.

We also have an article that goes in detail on how to undo and remove transactions from reconciliations in QuickBooks Online. If you need help with anything else, please let me know. Have a great day.
