To bring in your last year's worth of transactions, you can get a file in CSV format from your bank and then, import them into QBO.
Once you have the file, you can follow the steps on how to upload it:
- Go to the Banking menu, and then choose Upload transactions.
- Select Browse and pick the file you downloaded from your bank, then tap Next.
- From the QuickBooks account ▼ drop-down menu, choose the account you want to upload the transactions into, and then click Next.
- Follow the onscreen instructions. Match the columns on the file with the banking fields in QuickBooks, and then tap Next.
- Hit Let's go when you're ready.
