Hello there, info-onairhvac. QuickBooks Online works with many financial institutions, including Truist Bank. If it doesn’t appear in the list when connecting your account, it may be listed under a different name in the directory.
When searching for your bank during the connection process, try entering “Truist” or variations such as “Truist Online Banking,” as some banks appear under slightly different names in the list. If it still doesn’t appear, you can select Request a provider from the bank search screen so the QuickBooks team can review adding the bank connection.

In the meantime, you can download your transactions from the Truist website and upload them into QuickBooks using a CSV file to keep your records updated.
