Welcome to the Community. I'm here to help bring those missing transactions over to QuickBooks Online. 

 

Some banks and credit card companies don't post transactions for download until later in the day or the next morning. If these transactions are the most recent ones, wait at least 24 hours in case your bank doesn't make them available immediately.

 

You’ll also want to contact and check with your financial institution (FI) if there may be an issue on their end. If there's none, I'd recommend you use another supported, up-to-date browser. This will help us identify if you're experiencing a browser-related issue. If that works, follow the steps to clear Intuit-specific cookies from your browser outlined in this help article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.

 

If none of these works, I'd appreciate it if you can provide the name of your bank? Any additional details will help me in my research.
