HELP! Can't reconnect Paypal and add as an accout - it's been over 2 weeks.

Hello

I was having problems with my paypal account on QB and so I was advised by a QB person to delete the account and reconnect - but it's been 2 weeks of trying and all i get is a message saying: '

Please try again later This service is having trouble connecting. We (really) appreciate your patience. Try Again.

 

BUT it's been 2 weeks and no-one can tell me how to fix this. Anyone else with this issue?

Thanks for letting us know that you're experiencing this issue. Allow me to provide some information about regarding connection issue between PayPal and QuickBooks Online.

 

Customers are unable to connect with their PayPal accounts is an on-going issue in QuickBooks Online. We have been receiving reports coming from our customers about this issue and our Engineering Team is working closely to get this resolved.

 

While they do, as a workaround, I would advise you to please login to a Chrome Incognito Window (or private browsing window) and attempt to connect the app.

 

I'd recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Online Support so they can add your account information to the list of affected customers. Any progress will be communicated via email.

    
To reach us, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online Company.
  2. Click (?) Help at the upper right corner.
  3. Select Contact US on the pop-up.
  4. Enter a brief description of your concern then hit Continue.
  5. Click Get a callback.
  6. Enter your contact information.
  7. Select Call me.
