Let's make sure that everything is recorded correctly, Nicolas.
Can you tell us if these transactions are downloaded directly from your bank? Please know that the details of the downloaded banking transactions are provided by your financial institution. I'd suggest reaching out to them to check why the descriptions aren't matching with the amounts.
Then, manually edit the descriptions of the transactions in QBSE. Here's how:
Go to the Transactions tab.
Select banking transaction and click on it.
Edit the information in the Description column.
Repeat the same process for the rest of the transactions until everything is correct.
You might also want to take a look at your Profit and Loss or Business and personal expenses reports if you want to quickly see or review the categorized transactions. Just go to the Reports menu and select a report.
