Join nowHi Khalid,
There are two things you can consider so you can review your banking transactions. Let me elaborate on them.
If this is happening to all your QuickBooks Online (QBO) transactions, there are times that your browser is full of frequently-accessed page resources, thus causing websites to act strange.
You can log in to your QBO account using a private browser. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Option + P
If this works, it means that you need to clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh.
If you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different browser.
However, if these are paypal transaction, there's an ongoing issue about this. I suggest contacting our phone support team to include you on the affected list of users. Here's how to reach them.
I have also included this link in case you have other questions about QuickBooks Online (QBO): Banking.
Reach out to us if you need anything else. I'll make sure to help.
Hi,
Thank you for your help! and sorry for my late reply! I tried to browse privately (Safari) and to use a different browser (Google Chrome) and I still face the same issue!
Hello @Khalid,
Let's manually update the sign-in information of your bank so that the integrated connection in QuickBooks can start from scratch. Your existing credentials can be one of the reasons why you received the error message.
To do so:
Here's an article you can read to learn more about how you can update your banking's login credentials: How to update your bank account sign-in information?
Let me know how it works in the comment section down below. I'll always be around, ready to help.
