Thank you for reaching out for support here in the Community space. I'd be glad to provide some information on your question about undoing duplicate transactions.

 

I was able to research this issue for you and found that having duplicate Chase transactions is a known issue. The engineers are aware and are diligently working to get this resolved. I recommend calling in to speak with a member of the Support Team. An agent will be able to add your company to the list of affected accounts. Once you're added, you'll then receive email notifications regarding the resolution. The number to speak with an agent is 1-800-488-7330. In the meantime, I can show you how to remove the duplicate transactions. Here's how:

 

1. Click the Banking tab in the left navigation bar.

2. In the For Review section, place a check in the box beside of each duplicate transaction.

3. Select the Batch actions button, and choose Exclude Selected.

4. The duplicate transactions will then be sent to the Excluded tab, and you can continue adding and matching the original items in For Review.

 

With this information, you're bank transactions will be back in order soon. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
