Hi @francisco5,

 

Before we start, are you using QuickBooks Online US version? If so, you can turn on multi-currency to get this resolved. Let me walk you through how.

 

  1. Go to Gear, then Account and Settings.
  2. Select Advanced, then click the Pencil icon in the Currency section.
  3. Mark the boxes next to Multicurrency and I understand I can't undo Multicurrency.
  4. Hit Save and Done.

If it's already enable, you can click on the Manage Currencies link (follow steps 1-2 above) and then Add currency. Please refer to this article for details: How to add a foreign currency account.

 

If you're using QuickBooks Online UK, you'll want to upgrade your bank feed connection to Open Banking. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Banking. Then, Connect or Add account if you've already created an account.
  2. Search for your bank and Continue. Read through the terms and conditions and then Agree.
  3. Follow the steps on your bank's internet banking page to authorise QuickBooks to connect to your bank account.
  4. In QuickBooks, select the bank accounts you want to connect, and which account they will link to in QuickBooks.
  5. Snap Connect.

thank you for your answer.

I did everything. however when It sends me to connect my account only show me my gbp. I can´t see my EUR and USD

I appreciate you trying out the steps provided by my colleague. I'd like to add a clarification regarding the different currencies you have in QuickBooks Online.

 

Currently, you can only view the GBP since this is the currency established in QuickBooks Online US version. The system won't let you view other currencies when connecting to your bank account.
