Thank you for reaching out to the Community. It's my priority to help you sort this out. We can manually modify the transactions and exclude it. It could it be a duplicated transactions from QuickBooks. I'll show you how to exclude the transactions.
- Go to the Transactions menu.
- Double click the transaction that was posted on Jan.1st.
- Check the tick box to exclude it, and tap Save.
Once done, it will appear in your transaction and under type it will show the Excluded.
