Hi wells forgo business account and I just get capital one business card , I need help when you pay to capital one

my question is that I have wells forgo business account and now I get capital one business card and if I pay to capital one from online transfer to capital one and when I complete quckbook and in capital one show a big difference , please can some explain how I can correct that mistakes
