Good day to you, @margaret21.
Allow me to share some insights about adding a column for class on the Sales Transactions tab. The option to do so isn’t possible in QuickBooks Online (QBO). But, I got a workaround that you can consider.
You can run the Sales by Class Detail report to see the transactions associated with classes. I’ll be glad to guide how.
I’m also adding this article for additional reference in managing your classes in QBO: Get started with class tracking in QuickBooks Online.
Once all is set, you can memorize the report to save its current settings. Or, you can export it to Excel to access it anytime outside your QBO account.
In case you have other follow-up questions about class tracking in your QBO, tag me in and I’ll answer them for you. Keep safe.
