How can I add the portion to my existing account? I bought it and it created a new account

Hello, userkgodoy29.

 

When you purchase a new QuickBooks Online subscription, you'll be given an option to add it to your existing account. See the screenshot below:

Since you've already bought it, you'll want to cancel the new subscription then resubscribe to add it to your existing account. I'd be more than happy to show you the step-by-step process. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Log in to your new QuickBooks Online subscription (under the new account). 
  2. Click the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
  3. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, click Cancel subscription
  5. Follow the onscreen steps.

If you need help with the refund, I'd recommend reaching out to our support agents. They can check on your billing details and review it. We're unable to check it here since this is a public space however. Here's how to contact them: 

 

The new "Help" menu interface: 

 

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Choose the Talk to a human option.
  3. When asked by the bot, type "Refund after cancellation."
  4. Select I still need a human.
  5. Proceed with Contact us.
  6. Click Let’s talk, then choose either Get a call or Start messaging

For the old "Help" menu:

 

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Hit the Contact Us button.
  3. Type "Refund after cancellation" in the What can we help you with box.
  4. Proceed with the Let's talk button.
  5. Select either Start messaging or Get a call button.

After associating the new subscription with your existing account, you'll want to visit our articles for assistance. I'm sure they'll guide you in doing your tasks in QuickBooks Online.
