Let's get this sorted out. I have some information that should help you adjust the Paypal account.
There are a few things to check with your Paypal account sync with QuickBooks. First, review the settings and mapping which allows you to view/edit the accounts from Paypal that map to the appropriate accounts in QuickBooks.
In the left navigation bar, go to Apps.
Click the My Apps or Firm apps tab.
Click the drop-down arrow for Action and choose Settings.
Select Edit in the App Settings section.
In the drop-down for Customer details to import from Paypal, select the preferred option to import customer details.
