Let me share some information on your question about changing the reconciliation date in QuickBooks Online. There are things that we can do to change the reconciliation date.
If the incorrect date doesn't affect any balances, we can leave the date as it is. We'll only need to make sure to select the correct date the next time you reconcile.
Another way is by undoing the reconciled transactions and then redoing them. It can be done by accessing the register, and clicking the R status for transactions in that month until the field is blank.
It's best to reach out to your accountant since they can entirely undo the transactions and be able to help you change the reconciliation date. Though, we can still manually do it alone by the following the steps below:
You may want to check this article. We'll be getting additional information about the reconciled account in QBO.

I'm looking to only change the "Reconciled through" date. Do I need to unreconcile the entire batch and redo in order to do this?
Allow me to step in and share how you can change the Reconciled through date, rjjoyce.
You can no longer edit the date since you've already reconciled the account for that period. You need to undo the reconciled account and start over.
To start, you have to go through each transaction through the bank register. Here's how:
Once done, you can reconcile again the bank account. This time, make sure to select the correct date.
If you have an accountant, they can undo the entire reconciliation. If you don't have one, you can find an accountant through this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/find-an-accountant/.
Stay in touch with me if there's anything else I can help you with changing the reconciliation date. I'll be right here guide you through the process.
