Buy nowHello @info-philinlogis,
Thank you for posting about linking your account to bank feeds. I'm here to help you connect your bank account to QuickBooks Online.
I recommend you use the URL of your bank's website to connect the account. ONPointe Essential's URL is Old National Bank.
You can go to the Banking section and paste the web address. You should have the option to connect ONPointe Essentials using Old National Bank.
Here's how:
If you can't connect the account, you can also verify with your bank if the ability to download transactions automatically in QuickBooks is available for ONPointe Essentials. In case it's unavailable, you can upload them manually. Please refer to this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Your downloaded or uploaded bank transactions are subject to your approval before we add them to the system. You can use this link as a guide in categorizing income and expenses from the For Review tab in QuickBooks Banking: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Hit me up by clicking the Reply button for any concerns you may have related to the setup process. I'll be around to assist you.
If your bank is located in the US or Canada, you can utilize MT Online as a workaround. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.
