Welcome to the Community. I can share information about how you can view your paystubs in QuickBooks Workforce.
The ability to delete an account after setting it up for QuickBooks is unavailable. Missing pay stubs usually happen when your employer moves from one Intuit or QuickBooks payroll service to another.
To resolve the issue with the missing pay stubs, have your employer resend an invitation to your email. This way, your payroll information will show on your account.
Your employer or the admin can follow these steps to invite existing employees:
- Go to Payroll and select Employees.
- Select Invite to Workforce.
- Check the boxes next to the names of the employees you want to invite and enter their email addresses.
- When finished, select Send invitations.
