How can I delete quickbooks cash account. It has too many steps, takes too long to transfer and I do not need another bank account. I am 100% unimpressed with it.

Before we can delete your QuickBooks Cash account, we'll have to zero out the balance. This means we'll need to transfer the remaining balance or you can spend it.

Once the balance is zero, I'd recommend reaching out to QuickBooks Payments Support. They have the tools to pullup your account securely and help you delete the cash account.
