How can I get a bank letter for my QuickBooks Checking Account?

I am needing a bank letter so I can verify my checking account. I want to know how to get said letter and how long it takes to get a hold of it.

How can I get a bank letter for my QuickBooks Checking Account?

To obtain a bank letter, you’ll need to contact your bank directly, momentumcsok.

Your bank may provides this document upon request, and the processing time can vary depending on the bank’s policies. I recommend reaching out to your bank branch or customer service department for specific details on how to request it and the estimated timeframe.

If your application rejected, please ensure that the bank letter include the following:

  • Official bank letterhead.
  • A clear reason the payment was rejected.
  • Your case number or Merchant Account Number (found in the rejection email we send to you).
  • Your bank account number and routing number.
  • Confirmation that you have followed the steps in the email we sent.
  • Confirmation that the issue with your account has been resolved.
  • Confirmation that your account is open and available to process ACH debits and credits for Intuit.
  • A telephone number for a bank representative.
  • A signature and date of signature from a bank representative.

Once you get the letter, you have to upload the bank letter to the link provided in the ACH rejection.

After uploading the file, you can connect with our merchant support to follow up your application.

To find the best time to call, please check our support hours:
