I can log in on the bank's site (Case.com), but using the same credentials, QB cannot sync my bank accounts giving the error message: "Try entering your sign-in info again. If that doesn’t work, try them on the Chase Bank website to double check. (103)". I have tried reentering the credentials numerous times now.

Chase has discontinued support for Quickbooks unless you have a checking account with them. You can stop trying, it's not going to work.
Shcoeps-do you have more information? My organization has a checking account and several other accounts that are not properly syncing as of Friday, October 26. I cannot find documentation stating that chase is no longer supporting Quickbooks. Do you have any specific articles? Do you have any suggested alternatives?
I’m here to help you properly sync your Chase Bank account with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Did you encounter specific bank errors while trying to sync your bank? If so, I’ve got this article handy for you to know more about fixing banking errors in QBO: Manually update account to fix banking errors in QuickBooks Online.
Alternatively, you can use the WebConnect feature to import your bank transactions. You can check out this article to learn more: Can I upload bank transactions? Can I import more than 90 days of bank transactions?
If you're still unable to sync your Chase Bank with QBO, I recommend you get in touch with our QuickBooks Customer Care team. They have the appropriate tools to investigate banking connection issues.
I'll be around here in the Community, so please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you have any other concerns about connecting banks.
I have to say I am disappointed with QBO. I have one client I am having to manually download 3 different accounts. This is not what I expect from Quickbooks. It is just ridiculous. Chase, Menards, Fifth Third and now American Express. I have been in touch with support but nothing changes. Feeling very frustrated, but must keep moving as I have a lot to download.
Hi there, @Kimpelb.
I've checked my tools, and I was able to confirm that there are open investigations about Chase, Fifth Third and American Express unable to sync with QuickBooks. Banking errors indicates that QuickBooks is unable to connect to your bank's website due to maintenance or security update.
There isn't a current time frame for when the investigation will be closed, but being added on our notification list will automatically update you about this. Since you've already called, surely you are already added.
We'll be working hard to make sure you're able to connect to your banks with ease. Thank you for your patience.
I talked to them on the phone and they confirmed this. I am in the process of closing my credit card account with them now. When you look in the back-end of your online account, you will see a section called "Linked Apps and Websites" where you should be able to add Quick books, but to do so, you need a checking account. Bank of America has a better business card right now and you get $200 for signing up.
Chase needs to provide a Pin via their secure message center. There's a link associated with the Pin. Supposedly once you click the link and provide the Pin, your direct Connect should continue to function properly. Fingers Crossed!
this has driven me nuts for two weeks. But, I solved it!
Disconnect (do not delete) the Chase account. Then Add Account, use your Chase credentials, and make sure to link it back to your "Disconnected" account in QBO. Voila! Solved. The new sync cannot apparently sit on top of the old one...so you have to go through the step of disconnecting. Let me know if it works!
I called quickbooks support and they had me do that. So I did that then tried to log in to Chase to add my account back and it won’t let me log in to chase at all through quickbooks to re-link the accounts. So now I can’t even manually update my chase banking with quickbooks by downloading the QBO files.
This is very frustrating.
Good day everyone.
We appreciate all of the details that you guys provided to resolve the issue.
The information you posted will definitely help others that may have the same concern. However, allow me to provide a workaround process in order to sync your bank account with QuickBooks.
You can try to create another bank account to connect with your QuickBooks Online and merge it with your old bank account credentials. Once you're done creating and merging the bank accounts and still unable to connect it with QuickBooks, it would be best to reach out again our Customer Care Team.

I'm only a post away if I can be of additional assistance. Wishing you a wonderful rest of the week.
I was able to fix my issue by reading a different forum. What I gathered is due to an update in October 2018, chase bank and quickbooks could no longer sync. If you disconnect Chase from QuickBooks and try to reconnect the two accounts, you must be the primary account user on Chase to get the accounts to connect again. Even if you are a secondary account user on Chase with administrator access, you cannot do it. It must be the primary account holder. This is why it doesn't affect everyone.
I had our primary account holder in Chase log in a we were able to reconnect to quickbooks.
I am setting up QBO for the first time and I am unable to connect my chase account. I read several threads with frustrations about connecting. I’ve contacted chase and need more help from Quickbooks now.
Good day, Ann Gunter Hairstylist,
It's nice to see you here in the Community. I can help you connect your Chase account in QuickBooks Online, I only have a few questions about this banking issue.
May I know what error code or message are you getting when connecting your Chase account into QuickBooks? Any details or screenshots you can provide is extremely helpful for us to narrow things down.
In the meantime, have you tried connecting your bank using a private window or a different browser? If not, I'd suggest doing that first for us to isolate the issue. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to get a private window:
Once you're on the incognito browser, follow these steps to connect your bank:
Click the Gear icon.
Select Chart of Accounts.
From the Action column, select View Register.
That should do it, Ann Gunter Hairstylist. You can check out this article I've added for your reference: How to Add and Connect Bank and Credit Card Accounts
Please let me know how this goes by mentioning me in this thread. Please know that I am always around to help you get past your QuickBooks concerns. Have a good day!
I've long had a similar issue. My problem is QBO connects me to my 2 chase business cards, but when I go to assign the accounts it says "already connected to online feed, please select an account that is not". Problem is they aren't in the navigation as connected...
I'm glad you've reached out to us. Allow me to help and provide some information about the error you're getting when connecting bank account to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Before connecting to online banking, you need to know how your bank sends the downloaded transactions. If the transactions downloaded to one account, connect the parent account. However, if it's an individual account, you can connect it to the sub-accounts. You'll a message that the account is already connected once you connect both parent and sub-accounts.
If you're unable to reconnect an existing account in QuickBooks Online, here's what you need to do:
For additional reference, you can check this article: How to add and connect bank and credit card accounts.
If you need further assistance with the steps, I recommend calling our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They have the tools to do a screen share and walk you through the process.
Here's how you can contact our phone support:
That should do it! Don't hesitate to leave a comment below if you have any other questions about connecting bank in QBO. Wishing you and your business continued success.
Thanks for response.
I don't have any issues adding accounts, most other credit cards/checking accounts are loaded. Also; chase connects initially OK. It's when I go to assign it to the chart of accounts; the system says this account is already linked to a feed (but it's not...)
We can do some troubleshooting steps to rule out any banking issues. Let's start by using the incognito mode or private browser.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
Then, log in to your QuickBooks account and try to assign it again. If it works, you can clear your regular browser's cache.
If not, please contact one of our Phone Support Specialists by following the steps provided by JanyRoseB. We'll need to investigate why you get this error.
Feel free to reach out to us if there's anything else you need help with QuickBooks. Thanks.
Hi Ren -
Actually this is what I most recently did (after reading some posts). Same difference (still thinks the accounts are already linked).
The scenario that will trigger the error you got is when you connect a parent credit card account and its sub-account/s. I'm just curious, what is the setup of the business cards you have? Is one a parent account and is the other a sub-account? Thanks.
