How can I import the total daily Square deposit that is deposited directly daily to the Square debit card in QB without each sale transaction? I'm getting all transaction

Can you share with me if the Square syncs with QuickBooks? If yes, downloaded transactions depend on what you've sync from Square.

No it is not syncing automatically, I use the square debit card square offers to have my money deposited on. 

I get this error: (I Manual Import done a manual import from 4/1 - 4/30)

Allow me to chime in for a moment and share some information about importing transactions in QuickBooks Online.

The import process from Square will bring over each of the transactions into the system. You can either use the Bank deposit or Sales receipt option in QuickBooks to record your total daily deposit manually (see screenshot below).

For the error message, I suggest contacting the Square Support Team. One of them will need to take over and check the cause of the issue when importing.
