How can I move all of my data from one Quickbooks Online account to another Quickbooks Online account?

You can upgrade to QBO Advanced. Use the online backup feature to do a full backup. Then create another QBO account and use the online backup feature in advanced to copy your account to the new file. Confirm all is well and then cancel the advanced account.
