How can I resolve the error when trying to reconnect to my bank?

You can refresh your bank and credit card accounts inside QuickBooks Online (QBO) to resolve the error 350, @kineticexpressionist. This ensures your banking credentials are updated.

Before we proceed, may I ask which bank you are trying to connect to QuickBooks Online (QBO)? This information will help us provide a specific solution and check if there are any ongoing updates with your bank.

Error 350 occurs when your bank or credit card connection expires or is updated. Some banks require reconnection every 90 days, while others need updates every 18 months. To resolve the error, refresh the connection to your accounts.

Here's how:

  1. Select the bank or credit card account you want to reconnect.
  2. Select Edit, then select Edit account details.
  3. Confirm the user ID and password you use to sign in to your bank's website. Re-enter your bank info if needed.
  4. Select Save and connect..
Note: A prompt that says Connection Completed, and transactions updated! will appear if the reconnection is successful.
  5. Select Close X.
