When you say you'd to save monthly transactions to a file, are you trying to export them to an Excel or PDF file? If so, let me show you how to export reports for your transactions. Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Choose a report.
  3. Click on the Excel or printer icon.
  4. Save it on your computer.

Otherwise, actual transactions details of the sales receipt, invoice, expense, etc. can't be saved to a file. However, you can print them and save each of them on your computer one at a time.

Hello @customer2 ,

 

  Using a reports export, you can get all the information to the file, however you can also use the exporting apps (add-ons) for QuickBooks if you would like the data to be more structured. As an example you can use Business Importer app and its export function.
