How can I see the most recent reconciliation date for all bank accounts? [solved]

(For Quickbooks Online)
I think I used to be able to see the most recent reconciliation dates for all reconciled accounts by going to "Reports" and generating a "Reconciliation Report."

When I try to do that now, though, it takes me to a page where I can only select one account at a time and lists all previous reconciliations for that one account. I'd like to see all the reconciliation dates for all reconciled accounts on one page.

Note: This question was posted in 2017, and the functionality was later restored.

Hi Jay,

You can see a summary of Reconciliations by following the steps below:

  1. Select Reports on the left hand side
  2. Select Accountant Reports
  3. Select Reconciliation reports
  4. Select Summary in the right hand corner

Hope this helps!

How can I see the most recent reconciliation date for all bank accounts? [solved]

Hi Keeperdavid,

What your advising is correct the Reconciliation Report does only allow you to see one accounts reconciliation dates at a time. Currently the option to see multiple accounts last reconciled date is not available. Please provide feedback from within your file which goes directly to the product team.

Have a nice day :)

why did they remove this feature from 2018? it was a great tool and very helpful. a summary list of all accounts with last reconciliation date is great when you are servicing multiple clients and need to quickly see which ones are in need of updating. time is money. looking at each one separately is time consuming. besides, it was there and now it is not.
