How can I tell if a transaction has been reconciled in QBO?

In QB desktop when you click on a transaction, and it's been reconciled, you see a big green check and it tells you that its been reconciled. In QBO there doesn't seem to be any indication whether or not the transactions your viewing has been reconciled. Am I missing something? It's very frustrating trying to weed out duplicate entries if I can't tell which one was reconciled.

How can I tell if a transaction has been reconciled in QBO?

Hi lsimpson1,

You'll see an "R" if the transaction has been reconciled. Let's run a report and check the transaction's status.

  1. Go to Accounting and choose Chart of Accounts.
  2. Locate the account and click on View register.
  3. Click on the Filter icon and set the date.
  4. Review the check column.Capture.PNG

Let me share this link in case you want to unreconcile and remove an individual transaction from a completed reconciliation.
