Hi there, @rectimenv-nv2100. I'm here to share some details about unlinking your bank.
This process can be done on your bank's website. However, if you wish to unlink it within QuickBooks Online (QBO) Banking, you can disconnect it right away.
Before doing this process, ensure that your pending transactions are matched. I'd be happy to show you the steps below:
- Go to Banking on the left pane, then select the Banking tab.
- Select the account you want to unlink, then click the Edit icon and Edit account info.

- In the Account window, put a checkmark to Disconnect this account on save.
- Click on Save and Close.
If you're referring to disconnecting your bank account for the subscription, you can cancel it from the QBO program. I've added this article for more information about the process: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial.
Moreover, you can check out this reference in case you want to keep the data entered in your QBO account: Run reports in QuickBooks Online. This contains steps on how to manage your record.
I'll be around if you have additional questions about unlinking your bank account to QBO or if you have any concerns. Take care!
