How can the cursor placement be corrected in "Banking" window?

To click on ADD, the cursor has to be placed about an inch below the box

Re: How can the cursor placement be corrected in "Banking" window?

Hey there, SH1.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out here in the Community. I want to make sure you're able to select Add directly from the button.

As an initial troubleshooting step, I recommend clearing the cache in your internet browser. Every so often, the cache can get full of older data, which in turn can cause viewing and performance errors in QuickBooks Online. Clearing it will force the system to refresh and get everything back up and running as it should be. For example, if you're using Chrome, these steps will walk you through the process:

1. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner.

2. Select History, then History once more.

3. Choose Clear browsing data.
4. Change the Time Range to All Time.

5. Only check Cached images and files.

6. Select Clear Data.

This article provides similar steps for different browsers: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/community/Getting-Started/How-do-I-clear-my-browser-cache-and-temporar....

Please let me know if you're able to click the actual Add button after giving this a try. I'll be here if you have any other questions.

Clearing the browser did not help.

The cursor placement is wrong, as soon as I click on the newly created "bank detail" field, that now contains the memo information from our bank, that I now manually need to copy to get it in the memo field above.

Please have the memo placed again in the "memo" field!

Re: How can the cursor placement be corrected in "Banking" window?

Good morning, SH1.

Thanks for getting back to me with those additional details.

In this case, I suggest contacting the Support Team. An agent will be able to initiate a screen share with you to determine what's causing this problem with the fields on the Banking page. You can reach them by following these steps:

1. Click the Help button in the top right corner of your QuickBooks Online account.

2. Select Contact Us.

3. Enter Support in the field and choose Let's talk.

4. From here you can select to receive a callback at a time that's convenient for you.

Please feel free to let me know how the conversation goes. I'll be here to help in any way that I can.
