When you can't view your bank attachments under the paperclip column, consider selecting the Switch to previous version option to switch back to the previous banking experience, @robnmcd.

Clicking the Switch to previous version option will display a feedback survey that must be filled out before switching back to the earlier banking experience.

Alternatively, you can clear your browser's cache to remove excessive stored data that may prevent QuickBooks from loading up files and attachments. The following links below will guide you through the troubleshooting steps for your specific browser:

Also, I'll share these articles for future reference to help you manage bank transactions in both the latest and older versions of the QuickBooks banking page:

I do not believe this has anything to do with the browse cookies or cache. I've tried multiple browsers. I've tried multiple devices. I've tried Incognito Mode. I've tried it with different clients. Nothing works. It's broken. THIS IS A BUG and a critical one at that. Someone needs to take this seriously.

Sure, you can switch back to the previous version, which is what you'd have to do since the new banking page is essentially worthless without the ability to view check images. That's a temporary answer, but not a good answer. A good answer would be to acknowledge that this is a high priority bug, that the engineering team is actively working on it, with an ETA and a link to a status page the tracks the progress. This answer is like that joke where a person goes to the doctor and says "It hurts when I push on my leg" and the doctor simply replies "Well then, don't push on it." When I called tech support they told me this was "working as designed" and thus there was no escalation pathway at all to bring higher visibility to the problem. That's just not right.
