Thank you for posting here in the Community. Allow me to step in and provide additional information about downloading bank transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
When you link an account, the system downloads a batch of transactions depending on your bank. Some financial institutions let you download the last 90 days of data only, and others can go back as far as 24 months.
Those transactions that didn't import will need to be uploaded manually. You can download your statements from the bank's website and import them to QuickBooks.
Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select Import transactions.
- Follow the onscreen steps to upload the CSV file.
- Select Import older transactions.
