Once we cancel our subscription, we hold on to your account for a year before it gets deleted. Let's use the log in to QuickBooks using the same login credentials.
Here's how:
- Use this link to log in:
- We'll be directly routed to the Billing & Subscription page.
- If not, we can go to the Gear icon and click Account and Settings.
- From the left menu, click Billing & Subscription.
- Click Resubscribe and enter an updated billing information.
- Select Subscribe.
I suggest reaching out to our phone support team so we can also look into your account. We can further check your billing statements and charges.
- Go to the Help icon and click Contact us.
- Enter your concern that we wanted to check your billing charges.
- Select Let's talk and click a way on how to connect with us.
