How do I activate my account?

I'll show you how to activate your account, bumblebee33. 

 

Once we cancel our subscription, we hold on to your account for a year before it gets deleted. Let's use the log in to QuickBooks using the same login credentials. 

 

Here's how: 

  1. Use this link to log in: 
  2. We'll be directly routed to the Billing & Subscription page.
  3. If not, we can go to the Gear icon and click Account and Settings
  4. From the left menu, click Billing & Subscription.
  5. Click Resubscribe and enter an updated billing information. 
  6. Select Subscribe

I suggest reaching out to our phone support team so we can also look into your account. We can further check your billing statements and charges. 

  1. Go to the Help icon and click Contact us
  2. Enter your concern that we wanted to check your billing charges. 
  3. Select Let's talk and click a way on how to connect with us.
